Position: Business Development officer
Location:  Hawler.
Salary: Basic Salary plus mid year bonus.
Duration of Assignment: Three months probation period, then six month contract renewable.

Job Description:
Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Building the network of clients and partners, and initiating contacts,  
• Submissions of bids, offers and quotations,
• Closing of sales, 
• Monitoring and analysis of the market,
• Research for, identify and apply to local and international tenders and calls for proposals.

Additional Duties:
The incumbent will also be expected to pro-actively contribute to other office tasks and duties, in addition to his/her main duties, as may be required.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a graduate-level degree in one of the following major fields of study computer science, information Technology, and Business management.
• 5 years of experience in the following major fields: sales, marketing, business management, business development, also expert knowledge of computer technology and regional IT market preferably in a related area.
• Strong listening skills to ensure response to client business needs is critical.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment and discretion in making decisions. 
• Good command of written and spoken English, Kurdish (or / and Arabic).
• Analytical, written and verbal presentation skills.
