- Site survey (Requirement Analysis): You will be contacted by one of our Network Certified Specialists to discuss your network needs and goals. From this meeting, we will guide you in the best direction to take, and to see whether a network will be of benefit to you.
- Design and Setting BOQ: We will present to you the preliminary designs and go over their features and explain how you will benefit from the various network designs. For each design option we will also provide a list of BOQ. You will be provided a prototype mock-Network and once the mock-Network is approved we will draft a Network Specification document.
- Installation: All equipment and supporting parts will be delivered to your location, and be located in close proximity to its final location. The network will be built according to the Network Specification. All equipment and computers will be configured as specified and with proper logon to the server, and for proper access to the shared resources as a separate engagement.
- Testing and Commissioning: The network will be extensively tested to assure that all equipment and configurations function according to the Network Specification. Server logons and shared resource access is tested and verified. Once the network passes all tests and meets your requirements it will be certified for deployment to production.
- Warranty: IraqCom as a partner for R&M provides 3 levels of warranty programme, and 2 types of warranties:
i. Product warranty:
- 5 years product warranty.
- 20 years system warranty.
ii. Lifetime Application warranty:
- Lifelong warranty on the system operations.
